- Riding Spamels Through the Storm
- Arriving at the base of Cere
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor takes place five years after the events of Jedi: Fallen Order. The game continues to follow Cal Kestis and BD-1 in their never-ending struggle to overthrow the Galactic Empire and restore the Jedi Order.
Kestis’s journey takes him to the desert planet of Jedha, where he hopes to be reunited with his former Jedi companion Cere Junda. Kestis was able to find his contact to help reach his hidden base, but they’ll need to stop the Empire’s patrolling forces.
Lead the Way, Merrin
After Merrin arrives to save Kestis from a group of Stormtroopers, a a few more waves of enemies will attack you. Use Merrin’s dark magic to immobilize enemies to make it easier for you to take them down.
After defeating the Empire forces, have Merrin create a support for Kestis’s Ascension Cord so you can climb the wall.
Merrin’s magic allows her to create supports of ascension that were previously broken.
Head down the path and loop to the next level. you will find one says scroll to your left, then use the Force to push the big block down the slope.
Keep pushing the block until it’s between the stone wallsthen climb up the block to reach the ledge above you.
Continue down the path as it narrows until a cutscene occurs.
Enter the group of Stormtroopers and eliminate the patrol.
Interact with the Accelerator to trigger another cutscene, then have Merrin create a support for Kestis’s Ascension Cord to wall run and reach the other side.
There will be a longer wall to run through, so you may need to skip in between to reset Kestis’s wall run.
Squeeze through the opening and use the Force to push the opening but the stones will block the way.
merin go use her magic to restore opening so you can keep moving forward.
Wall run and jump on the metal grid to climb the wall. Scan Spamels from a distance, then use the Halls of Ranvell Meditation Point nearby.
After using the Meditation Point, feel the echo on the path to Merrin’s right. Continue down the path to find a says scroll at the bottom of the steps.
the door is blocked on the other side, go back to the Meditation Point and run towards Merrin. Use a sky strike on the Stormtroopers below and eliminate the rest of the group.
You can use the Force to pull a Stormtrooper’s shield and throw it back to deal damage.
Before asking Merrin to make a support for your ascension cord, turn and wall run to reach an area that Merrin will say is not in the direction of the base of Cere.
jump on wall patches then Kestis can stay with them until he reaches the upper platform. Interact with the Powerup to receive some experience points.
make sure use the Meditation Point to discount the Skill Point you probably earned with the Powerup.
Go back to the area where you defeated the Stormtroopers and now have Merrin create the Ascension Cable support and climb up the ledge. There will be a Stormtrooper on the left waiting to shoot you, so be prepared to block immediately..
Roof jump to climb to the other side, then go around the corner and drop the flametrooper waiting on the steps. Defeat them and scan the database on the left.
Drop down from the ledge and defeat the first Stormtrooper before deflecting multiple blaster shots from the other Stormtrooper on the other side of the platform.
When they’re dead, wall-run to the other side and climb onto the metal grate in the wall. As you go up, you’ll see Merrin take down some Stormtroopers. Climb up the ledge and head down the path to find another ledge to climb.
Exit through the side opening and Wall jump to an opening above you to find a Jedha Scroll..
Drop down to the lowest level of the structure and follow the path to find a support for your riser cable. lock yourself to a grate above.
Swing to the end of the path and land on the Stormtrooper. Head inside and walk along the path, then wall-run to get to the other side across the gap.
Turn around and do a wall run again to reach another platform.
Continue down the ramp and wall run again to reach the higher platform. Kill the Stormtroopers in the area, then scan the database on the far left wall.
Directly on the opposite wall of the database will be a box with common plastoid color palette for BD-1 materials.
There is one bench next to the box you can use.
Head down the side path and up the metal grate, then up the left side to find a stormtrooper patrol. Defeat the Stormtroopers and have BD-1 activate a shortcut.
Examine the storm in the distance, then run to the edge of the path and run to the end of the cliff wall to use your lightsaber to go down.
Boss Battle – Skriton
Kestis and Merrin will land on a Hidden lair, the beast that was chasing you under the sand earlier. This creature resembles a giant scorpion, so you must avoid its claws and tail.
Skriton will use your Bigger claw to protect your face and attacks quickly with its tail. He will also try banging its claw on the ground as an indefensible attack.
toggle between Merrin’s dark magic and Kestis’s ability to slow time and Skriton will be discarded quickly.
Riding Spamels Through the Storm
Scan Skriton’s corpse and have Merrin create a support for his ascension cord. You will emerge in Divine Oasis, Jedha’s main open area.
Feel the echo near the camp and then circle to find a word scroll.
tame the spamand you can mount the creature.
Unlike the Nekkos on Koboh, Spamels can run. they can too climb the slopesthen follow the path over the hillside and you’ll be in the same area where swung on the metal bar in the Hardshells group.
Drive Spamel to the middle path that resembles an open hand and go through the pillar. Continue down the path until you enter the Abandoned Commercial Road.
Keep following the path through an underground passage and run across the desert past the Empire ships. Desert storm winds will become more intense and a cutscene will trigger when you run into another Skriton.
Kestis will be knocked off Spamel, so carefully walk through the storm to find Merrin, and she will mend the broken bridge. When you try to cross it, a pillar will fall and break it.
Keep following Merrin through the storm until you find a group of Stormtroopers. There will also be a AT-ST among the group too, a giant machine that fires blasters and grenades.
Use Merrin to immobilize the AT-ST and continue hacking. When your health is depleted, use your Ascension Cord to climb the AT-ST, and Kestis will pull the pilot out of the cockpit.
After the cutscene, continue following Merrin to find shelter from the sandstorm. You’ll also find Spamel safe in the cave. Another cutscene will occur.
Arriving at the base of Cere
When Kestis and Merrin wake up, the storm has passed. Head through the cave and use the Protected Cavity Meditation Point on the right.
Continue along the path and open the chest on the left for another Health Stim.
Use your Ascension Cable to start wall running – you’ll need jump in the middle to keep the wall running to reach the next riser cable support before dropping down the slope below.
After dropping into the new area, jump across the gap and climb up the ledges onto the rock pillar. Wall run to the upper platform where Merrin is waiting and keep going. towards the metal door next to the stone wall.
When you reach the door, a cutscene will trigger and Jedi Master Eno Cordova opens the door for you. Follow Cordova and Merrin to the Base Antechamber and take the elevator down.
Eventually, you’ll see the Mantis descend into the hangar. Use the second elevator to reach the ground level with the Mantis.
Go through the hangar and you’ll come across a spike with Stormtrooper armor. There will be an elevator behind the peak, but you won’t be able to use it.
Continue to the next area and use the Force to push the orb across the room to open the Archives door. Here, you’ll find Cere and complete the objective.
